Responsibilities
Architect of Microboss + Bizdatachain, in charge of setting up new products and new business.
In charge of designing and testing system structures and functions, visiting and serving clients, (multimedia) training.
Background:
Bachelor in Electric Engineering from the University of Shanghai in 1991;
6 years of solid experience on Electronic Engineering. Worked for American company Emerson Electric Investment (China) as a researcher and British company Control Techniques as an OEM sales project manager;
1996-1997: Started and designed the framework of Microboss. Co-founded the company with Jie HUANG in Shanghai, China;
Till now: in charge of design the system structures and functions of Microboss. Responsible for strategic planning and daily management. Sometimes involves in sales and customer service, for the purpose of acquire updates from final users and work partners.
2006-2007: Started and designed Bizdatachain. Set up a company in Hong Kong, and set up its GmbH in Hamburg in Germany in 2009.
Till now: In charge of designing the system structures and functions of Bizdatachain. Responsible for business planning and development.
Ideal / Belief:
If a boss goes to visit her users, she will be regarded as “poor” in China. Or why don’t you ask your employees to do that? However, as a designer, my job is to understand, find out and feel what people like and what people want deeply in their hearts.
Jie, HUANG Co-founder of Microboss, Director of Software Development of Microboss
Responsibilities
Software development, function design and testing for Microboss.
EDI software development, visiting customers, (information) training, management and supervision of Microboss Company.
Background:
Bachelor in Electromagnetic Field and Microwave Technology from the University of Science and Technology Shanghai in 1992;
5 years of solid work experience in Airplane maintenance. Participated in setting up its information management system;
October1997: Co-founded Microboss company with Ji HUANG in Shanghai, China;
Till now: in charge of the software development, function design, and software test of Microboss. Also responsible for EDI software development to set up connections with other systems. Daily management. Sometimes involved in sales and software services for the purpose of further improving the products.

Ideal / Belief:
If clients can’t use the software developed correctly, they will be regarded as “stupid” in many software companies. However, I think the opposite. I believe it’s my fault.
