[Where are we from]
We are a small but outstanding software company founded in December 1997 in Shanghai.
Before the establishment of the company, as well as in the first five years after its establishment, we believed firmly that China will become part of the world sooner or later. What we could do is to let Chinese companies could be assessed with the world commonly used financial rules and standards. Only in this way, can companies communicate and exchange with each other. Only in this way, can people from different places assess their business based on the same rules.
However, 99% of Chinese people doubted and laughed at our belief in 1990s.

We are full of creativity. We not only listen to but also hear what our clients say.
China joined WTO. There are more than 300 large multinational companies in Shanghai now.
Now we see more and more companies in China understanding the value and capability of our software, and many successful cases from our corporate clients of different levels. We are convinced that our original belief has been fundamentally realized.
Then we start to think more: How to make our products easier and more pleasant for all of our clients to use. Meanwhile, we have also considered the expandability and compatibility of our software.
Germany …
We set up our German office in 2008 and started GmbH (company limited) in May 2009 in Hamburg. We operate both in Shanghai and Hamburg for further improving our corporate structure and promoting the R&D process.
You can see in our website that we are well known and recognized by Western companies. This will help us better merge into the world market.
[Steady growth]
We consist of two integral parts: Microboss + Bizdatachain.
Microboss has a longer history started in December 1997, with its products and services mainly focus on ERP/SCM (Enterprise Resource Management / Supply Chain Management). It has achieved many awards and attracted many attentions.
Bizdatachain was a major part of Microboss related to product services before it was separated. Therefore, it almost has an equally long history. Now it’s the time to build up its distinctive features. It will mainly focus on data transmission with several other features enhanced.
We started to provide them in package to some users from 2008 on, from the proposal of product visions to actual applications in different cases, for the purpose of accumulating feelings.
